Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are over-sized and overweight. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once invoice is paid your shipment will go out.

Shipping Policy: Items typically ship within 7-10 days. Custom orders can take longer and will be discussed at time of purchase.

Return Policy: We do offer returns within 14 days of purchase, with a few exemptions. We are unable to take returns on pillows, blankets and throws, gift cards, sprays and candles, jewelry and clearance items. All items in the "Farmhouse Online Boutique" are unavailable for returns.

Returns can be mailed to Farmhouse Signs & Co. at 113 S Washington St, Taylorville, IL 62568.

Refunds: A store credit will be issued for the return once item is examined and deemed to be in the original condition. Refund will be issued in the form of a store credit that will be emailed to the customer. All items in the "Farmhouse Online Boutique" are unavailable for refunds. We can offer size exchanges or replacement items in event of damage.

In the event that package is damaged in transit, we will work with shipper to refund or replace the item(s).

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises."Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
